Strain Relief - Polished Copper Finish

This Strain Relief (i.e. cord grip) consists of one metal piece and a black nylon set screw (see picture) that tightens against the cloth-covered wire.  

They are great to relieve the tension of cloth-covered wire connections. Used for hanging lights, pendant lights, ceiling fixtures, etc. Simply screw the Strain Relief into the socket, insert the wire, and tighten the nylon set screw. 

Fits all our sockets and all other standard sockets with a 1/8ips. Has a male thread. 

These are designed to work with 1/4" round cloth-covered wire (i.e. pulley cord), but can additionally work with our twisted cloth-covered wire.
