This hook will not screw into the ceiling by itself. It requires 1/8 IPS Threaded Rod. It is designed to hold chain and wire to a ceiling canopy. You can use this with a flange, but you will need a threaded rod (nipple) to connect the two.

• 3/8" opening for chain or wire
• Center hole is threaded 1/8-IPS
